I guess based off streaming data, the streams drop off on a Saturday and Sunday, so I guess it gives it chance for a big first day on Wednesday and then continued strong numbers Thursday and Friday before the normal slump at the weekend. I imagine this decision would be based on data.

 

From what we’ve heard so far, lighthouse is a ballad, right? Interesting to go with a ballad in the summer again

I think it's a smart strategy. It keeps the buzz going. By the time the album comes people will still be tuned in and ready to stream hopefully.

She done a whole podcast interview a few years back with her friend Shane, where she explained that she has Jeff to thank for standing up and defending her during the whole MD fiasco- and a lot of the drama actually stemmed from Jeff’s feud with Clive lol. But yeah she gone rid of him and got someone worse (Narvel). 100% believe had she kept Jeff MD would have done better and her career would have been a lot bigger (not that it wasn’t). But that’s probably the exact reason she let go of him- he wanted her to be this huge pop star, she didn’t want that.
 

The whole Jill and Kate thing I don’t know. But from what I remember from this forum 10 years back, KC was very upset that they decided to leave. But they did attend kell’s bachelorette party- so it couldn’t have been that serious. 
 

What I am curious about is Ashley Donovan, her former makeup artist and high school friend. She was pretty much in her career day one, then half way through her first season of the voice, she dropped her. The only KC related thing Ashley ever liked after that was a tweet from kc shading Br***n.

I don’t think there’s any bad blood with Jill & Kate. They have a podcast and Jason was on it last year. Didn’t get any sense of a rift.

IIRC, J&K left to start their own music career basically and that was only ever the official thing I heard about them.

 

I don't think there was an actual falling out between her and J&K.

I'm listening to the Glennon Doyle podcast. Now why am I crying?
