(There's unions for almost every profession except pharmacists and technicians. The biggest and most commonly reported unions are teachers, grocery store workers, truckers and nurses, and autoworkers). It's not as offensive as a certain word, yes but there's a reason why being labeled a 'scab" is equated to being blacklisted. Unions rose to power over a century ago by murdering factory bosses who made their lives hell and paying them ****.
