The lasted video she posted on instagram has me a little concerned 💀 anyone else? 
 

I want so badly for her to be in a good and healthy space and I just don't see that. It makes me sad. 

What do yall think the NY project is?

In an ideal world she should be celebrating the anniversary of the Oops album and reminiscing with us instead of whatever else she's up to and sadly making headlines with and I can't help but feel sad about it. No judgment because I'm so empathetic towards her, but I am a bit bitter about how things turned out

Absolutely no one cares about that TMZ article. They're getting destroyed on their social medias for this article and it doesn't even come from Britney stans. We're in 2025 and no one cares about this type of « news », as it just feel vapid and like bullying.

 

I honestly haven't read negative comments about Britney for this, except on here where her haters take this as an opportunity to attack her, which will definitely result in them receiving their daily warning point.

 

The reality is that Britney hasn't been in the public's eyes since #FreeBritney around 2020. Only some online pop fans read this ridiculous article. Britney will continue to suffer from the traumas of what she went through and I'm sure she still has a therapist to talk to. This is a very minor incident and… smoking in private jets is sometimes allowed. Nothing to see here.

I do believe something switched after all the trauma she's been dealing with though... and her behavior out in the open can be somewhat erratic. Or that's what I perceive from the other side. I 100% believe she's still sweet, polite and far from dangerous to herself or others but she's... a little weird? She'll keep making silly headlines like this one and some traffic incidents and that's all we'll get.  Which in any case it's definitely great and a relief if we compare it to the kind of life that was pushed onto her while in the cship. But however, I wish we lived in a reality where she didn't have to endure so much and would be willingly involved and fully on board with her legacy and we could actually communicate with her on social media and show her love, unlike all her current silenced posts because people are evil.

In conclusion, it's not very fun to be a Britney fan in 2025.  It's hopeless and our fuel is nostalgia for better times and amazing music and performances from decades ago. I will die a Britney fan for all it's worth but I wish things were different.

I mean I agree and I think everyone else does. Of course Britney is a little weird, I don't understand everything she says and does and sometimes her actions are a little dumb but let's remember that this comes from the fact that she has been used and abused for a very long time. Even with help from therapists and psychologists she can't erase her traumas and will have to deal with them untill her last breathe. She is still a very sweet, fun and adorable woman but there's also a part of her that has been « broken » by her abusers and she has to live with it. People should be less judgmental and more understanding but human nature is cruel.

 

I will die as a Britney stan too. I love her but as you said it is hopeless as she will probably never return to music and will always be (rightfully) suspicious of everybody. The best for her would be to hire a team of professionals who can deal with this type of « incidents », and can help her with her image a little bit. 

I have to agree with @ChooseyLover unfortunately. As much as I know its not directly her fault, I hate how everything turned out and that they damaged this girl forever, and that she will probably never make the comeback she deserves cause mentally she's probably not all there after years of lithium abuse by her handlers.

The release of Oops! Was fun. RCA handled it pretty well. I hope they will continue to do anniversary  editions like this for other albums.  
I want them to do one for self titled cause it has ton of unreleased material. 
It wasn't big in US Tho.

She will never come back and never be the same. We need to accept it.

it's hella sad but we can only hope she will heal someday.

I don't know. I hate how all the releases they are doing are exclusively vinyls while at the same time trying to bring Y2K nostalgia (which was cassette and CD heavy)... Kinda silly idk? Such a wasted opportunity. I really wanted a Oops CD copy with Walk on By which I love so much.

Yeah I agree!

I mean I didn't expect them to do a roll out. It was not perfect at all but it was something. They actually tried at least.

Yeah I cant complain too much, they did far more than what I expected, which was basically nothing. I just hope they keep it up for the other albums, specially Circus which has a tonne of songs not available on streaming

I'm still pressed over the fact we didn't get Glory with the updated cover on CD format but then again I was so mad at the time with how they were trying to distract us from what was going on

The ATRL logo will probably get switched out soon since it's been almost two weeks since it's been up.

Was extremely happy I got the chance to make an ATRL logo for my favorite Britney album

i prefer more album anniversary editions like they did for oops rather than a shitty greatest hits package

I think they'll have one for her biopic so that it can include new songs and she'll have a charting album if it includes all her hits. Another platinum cert to her credit.
