I love IM THAT GIRL, but Alien Super Star would had been a much better album opening to set the tone of the album. The production is soo fresh, catchy, upbeat yet haunting, and it keeps you wanting to know what will happens next, and then the heavenly tone switch during the chorus when she comes in with that super melodic, silky smooth, heavenly head voice 

 

I’m that girl takes a few spins for you to get a feel on what she tried to deliver. However, after you get, you FUCKINNGGGF get it, and it’s in fact what ******* bop and she is that ducking B****

We already did that with BEYONCÉ by going with safe Pretty Hurts over edgy and iconic Haunted. Now we have to live with that track-listing forever.

I haven’t heard the album yet but the reaction on twitter has me nervous. There also feels like there is a shift in the media and people are just waiting to hate/drag Beyoncé. I think this may be her first flop. I hope I’m wrong. 

 

Move is SOOOO good to me. But I always worry when I love a song cause I'm afraid I have niche taste. Hope it translates well to the GP.

This is my worry as well

 It is so jarring that I can literally see a lot of GP being disinterested already and stop listening

On that topic, I think CUFF IT should be the album track they push (#1 on NMF). It is the most commercially friendly and one of the best song.
