The point is that the album is far from being catered for the charts. It doesn't have neither its own Sorry nor its Hold Up (thank God). 

 

It's rather avant-garde, so other than those two tracks I don't see any other potential single. 

 

Break My Soul is the most commercial song and it served its purpose. But then again I love that song, so don't mind me

im starting to fall in love with virgo groove, cozy and america has a problem. I feel like once this officially drops i will fall in love with it. thique is a whole rap song. i dont like summer renaissance for some reason. probably cause i love the original song the most. also did not like move at all. feel like she wasted the potential of having grace jones on there. overall wanna hear this album again on friday once my cd comes in! i need to resonate with the lyrics more. also the leak i listened to was not hd? maybe the production will be hot once i listen with airpods as well on spotify. for now i wont listen to the leaks no more. cozy better be single #2

Yes, and no.  Yes as there is definitely a lot of 80s elements, but no as it there is nothing that is explicitly like that sound .  Let me just say, the album is dance, but it really really blurs the subgeneras a lot.  Like many of the songs have elements of many types of dance styles infused into one.  It's truly genius

  I love how she keeps a lot of urban influence on the album, that 90s hiphop vibe is nice

It’s as if you were in the club and the DJ is mixing in different tracks and transitioning them into the next song. That’s the best way I would describe it

I'm That Girl is the weakest track off Renaissance imo. 

 

PYCM is a perfect intro, while I feel that Cozy is the real album opener (just like Pretty Hurts and Haunted).

Break My Soul feels extremely out of place on the album…by far the worst song and serves absolutely no purpose. I have never been an OBMSH and still think it’s a decent song, but it really has no place on this album imo 

 

that being said the album is still phenomenal. feels like a perfect progression from lemonade
