I just re-watched Beyoncés Renaissance birthday show speech. Ugh she was so authentic and soft spoken. I hope we get a speech like this again but I doubt it. What is she gonna get emotional about on July 4th?

ive been peeling apart pieces of the Echoville universe for the last week since seeing the tour.

 

there are several easter eggs in the Who Is Cowboy Carter? interlude at the CCT that references imagery we have seen during the I'm That Girl teaser, linking the two projects visually.

 

the biggest one is the stage set. this stage set is seen in 2 very brief glimpses during I'm That Girl:

it then reappears in the AMEN lyric video:


and then again in the Who Is Cowboy Carter? interlude:

 

the red cowboys on the other side of the door in the interlude seem to be the villain of the story.

 

we got a first glimpse of them in the MEMORIES interlude, THE ECHO newspaper (which B is now wearing on tour) and in the backdrop for AHAP on the RWT:

 

and here they are again in the Who Is Cowboy Carter? interlude:

 

another thing of note is this clip from Who Is Cowboy Carter? that is shot in the same room as one of the shots from the I'm That Girl teaser.

 

 

all this to say, yes. there are visuals from the film in the interludes. she is dropping hints.

Idk why this sounds like a horrible idea. Did they get email notifications? Why annnounce so last minute? All the people that miss so much of the show are gonna be livid.
