There are several bot social media accounts that run nonstop negative AI created news articles about Bey now though, and they don't appear to belong to any "content creator".  It's definitely more than these rando independent crazies.

You absolutely investigate and stop it, subpoena records to find out where the bot accounts are located, then subpoena their records to figure out who controls them, and then subpoena to find records that may include communications with other entities, subpoena payment records, and you do this all via the mentioned lawsuits. 
 

Someone is behind it, and they need to make an example of them. 

She has the team and the money to do this absolutely but I feel it'd be like opening a huge can of worms. It wouldn't stop at one individual. She'd be fighting lawsuits left, right and centre. Where do you draw the line?

Well, there is a difference between an opinion, and fake, inflammatory news articles that damage your brand. Publishing articles stating she's a human trafficker absolutely shouldn't be tolerated.

I agree with everything you're saying, just comprehending the scale of it is very hard to wrap my head around. She has done a great job in the past using lawsuits to set an example and deter similar behaviour.

It was definitely prior to this, but I wouldn't doubt that it's politically motivated. 

The social media platforms are basically just right wing propoganda now. A successful politically outspoken black woman is definitely going to be targeted. And it's probably going to get worse.
