No but THIS! If she wants to go FULL ON mystery, she should just go AALLLL IN! It's obvious she reallyyy doesn't like having set release dates, and her going back to that formula just stresses her out. I think she just needs to go back full mystery mode and just release whenever.

I don't think she's even trying to be late.  I legit think she is so rich now she's in her own universe, and thinks she can wake up at 12pm, meditate, thank god for choosing her to make one billion dollars, then do 1000 photoshoots in different custom made looks and still make it on time. 

 

She's still the sort of person who would take the shirt off her back for someone, but she is not a regular person anymore.  She's a celebrity to the people we think are celebrities -- reality left the station a long time ago.

I had a dream that along with the Vogue cover with Blue, B announced the final act of the trilogy (which had multiple parts to it) and her retirement - which was buried in the lead. Due to personal reasons but mainly to recharge as an artist

Just rewatching "Black is King" right now. It is so incredibly underrated! Her best visual project to date - the choreo, the costumes, the beautiful nature scenes, the collaborators' contributions… Not enough appreciation!

So the delay (cancellation) of the announcement has nothing to do with the fires, and she was just able to use that as an easy excuse, right?

At this point id prefer for her to having re-recorded some of ACT3s track to match the current political situation.

Always breaking records!!! 

Listening to CC from the top after many weeks and I finally have my personal list of the songs that could've been chopped to make the album tighter. 

 

1. Blackbird

2. Spaghetti (including genres intro)

3. Desert Eagle (this one was hard)

 

After all these months, I find these songs are adding least to the project. Blackbird feels almost out of place - despite the message and its history, its not needed and the album already has a far more iconic cover song, we don't need two. Spaghetti is cool for what it is but so unnecessary, sonically it is too left field for the cohesion of the project and the "point" of playing outside the boundaries of genres is clear enough without it. Also, within the context of the trilogy, B has already established she's no regular singer and can do anything. Desert Eagle only because I needed a 3rd chop and I kinda like the flow of Oh Louisiana into Riverdance for some reason.
