But the issue is momentum. CC definitely had less buzz and success than Renaissance and I fear the next one will have even less, especially if it's rock or another genre than Beyonce is not associated with. It's fine to want to drag things out and let albums breathe but what's the point if you do nothing to promote them and give them shine? Maybe the tour will get CC some attention though.

If that was her plan all along she shouldn't have released Cowboy Carter in March. The wait between the album and the tour felt too long for Renaissance already…

It's funny to me that you guys think Beyonce has even finished ACT III let alone has it ready to release when the album and online versions of CC prove she was working on it while the vinyls were being printed

I mean that's a lot of effort for simply just "greed" girl. Who would go through 1-2 years of planning dates. Signing contracts. Buying costumes, set designs, travel/airfare. Learning choreo, taking IMMENSE care of their vocal health. Then hiring dancers, a band, staff, and paying for TV advertisement AND social media advertisement. Booking stadiums in every major city, and considering how INSANE the touring market is right now it's not easy at all to do that. Buying/manufacturing merch to sell at every date and then some, just to "earn a quick buck" or cause of "greed"? That's a LOT of effort lmao!!!  Not only that but that's also banking on IF every date sells out too. 
 

Touring is VERY risky and takes a longgg time to plan. I feel just because of "greed", she literally could just sell variants, start a makeup brand, or any other type of "side business" that would require literally a tenth of the labor as a tour would if she really wanted to make a quick buck lol.

 

I think if she toured for CC, it would literally just be because that's what she wanted to do as originally planned and because she loves to tour lol. Especially for an album that means a lot to her.

They were better because Cuff It was doing 1M daily streams on its own in February. The album did 2,1 billion streams in its first year on Spotify with 16 tracks.

 

Cowboy Carter is not too far behind because Texas Hold'Em did better than Break My Soul, but it's gonna do 1,75 billion on Spotify with 24 tracks and it performed worse than Renaissance on Apple Music.

So CC has shared around 80% of Renaissance's success so far and the tour hasn't even been announced yet? 

One thing I know for sure, Desert Eagle better be sung live 

I do think a tour will help CC, Rennie did immensely better when she was touring

Yes, I'm That Girl, Pure Honey, Cozy, Move, Heated and Thique took off on streaming thanks to the tour. 

 

That doesn't mean a Trilogy tour couldn't help Cowboy Carter the same way tho.
