It's definitely a tour.   I don't see why it was necessary to wait until midnight on the 14th to say it was postponed.

or why it was necessary to wait 3 weeks to announce it to begin with (if its a tour)

postponing an announcement

okay but announcing the postponing of a previously-announced announcement 1 minute prior to the day of said announcement is kinda ***** idk

 

Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but beyond the fact she postponed it, I think it's a tour or live component because she specifically says "The January 14th announcement."  If she were dropping a single, it wouldn't be an announcement..  it'd just be a drop.

We'll live + be gagged because now it'll be a surprise 

I totally get the decision but waiting until the exact second to postpone is…a mess
