I love to drag her, but in a way, these very deliberate moves after that horrible October press wise (Diddy allegations, CC dropping out of Billboard) with the Kamala speech, the Halloween comeback, the teasing of act3, this current anouncement.

They masterfully shut down a LOT of negativity, and I do believe this is Yvettes work.

I will never get the Yvette drags.

Bey has a whole team, including a manager. A team Bey herself heads up. She gives the directives, she gives the strategy, and when not, she yes/no's everything. So, I find it near impossible to lay the blame at anyone else's feet other than...hers.

I think it's also vital to point out, Yvette is a publicist. Bey may "manage" herself, but she has hired and has in place several people (for the lack of better word) "above" Yvette who handle her ish (from day to day to rollouts to everything).

And plus, with over 3 decades of working with Bey, I'm prety sure Yvette and co are very well versed in navigating tough times. With the smart thing to do most times is to be stone-cold silent and let it naturally subside (e.g. the Diddy/TikTok nonsense). Any active engagement /denial just would have fan the flames more.

Ignoring the TikTok mess was ultimately the best decision, it fizzled out (of course it would, she isn't even slightly involved).  The only thing her addressing it would have done is bring more attention to it, and then it would've be publicized everywhere, including actual news stations.  Now it stays some weird ass conspiracy theory, and those who were that crazy wouldn't believe a statement by Beyonce, anyway.

The way people saying her and Jay would be 'exposed' or whatever by the end of the year and now she's gonna end the year by giving a breathtaking performance that will have everyone falling at her feet. I know they're mad. :jonny5:

I really can't wrap my head around her actually performing. Like I'm genuinely still shocked lol.

RWT did "ok" but wasn't just this huge box office smash. That said, she for sure turned a profit, so my thinking is that she will once again go the theater route at some point for something. So, if it's embedded in the Hive's mind that "this may be the *ONLY* way to ever see this movie ever", they are more inclined to flood the theaters to see it rather than wait for it to come to streaming as I'm sure was the case when the RWT film dropped. Even if she does eventually put it on streaming, the same logic/message holds: "you better get it while you can".

yeah the most we'll get is a limited four disc vinyl like Homecoming. But she's locking the video on her vault :cries2:

like :deadbanana4: i still don't believe she'll be actually inside the stadium singing and dancing, it genuinely feels unbelievable

How big is this staging going to be? Is it SB level or what do we think? Basic?

A choir singing the „I crossed those valleys, highs and lows and everything between" part as an introduction and then Bey enters the stage:jonny:

Either way I'm expecting some otherworldly great production, callbacks to her own discography and maybe some type of new technology she currently obsessed with (like the holograms during Lemonade).

I thought you only weren't allowed to bundle an album with a tour ticket? Which makes sense because barely anyone redeems the digital sale anyway so it ends up being super fraudulent. I didn't think there was an issue with purchasing an album and getting sent a unique code to access a tour pre-sale.

I think you're right. It's technically still allowed. It just can't be bundled in that wild way the girls were doing before when the album didn't even have to be redeemed when included with everything from tour tickets to t-shirts to coffee mugs.

I think now it's a case of the album a) being a base price ($5 minimum), b) has to be manually added by the user rather than automatically included, and c) the project has to be available for dispatch at the same time as the item it's being purchased alongside. So no more "t-shirt arrives next day and the vinyl arrives the next year" lol.

Which I think is fair and all above board.

The problem is, that the semantics of bundling seem to have changed.

The big girls don't do it as if there's something smelly about it. That or they are saving it as a practice for when they really need to (e.g. the legacy years).

With Bey, it's kinda annoying because I really think she would be on the precipice of doing her biggest first-week numbers ever if she were to really lean in on that front. But I also get the "flex" of not actually needing to do it now that she a) has successfully transitioned into streaming and b) is managing just fine by playing the vinyl game.

Man, I'm here for the Halftime performance, but damn! I've been dusting off "COWBOY CARTER" and "Where I've Been, Isn't Where I'm Going" and MY GOD! A joint live concert produced by Parkwood and Netflix. . .

I think Shaboozey's fan based has grown exceptionally after "A Bar Song" and "SPAGHETTII" and Beyhive are familiar with him and love his music. A lot of Beyhive were streaming extensively to keep ABS at #1.

I believe the two albums blend together great. The only thing I believe would offset a 2 hour performance would be her reluctance to perform a lot of songs from "I Am. . . Sasha Fierce", for personal growth reasons, but those song fair much better in a Country or Acoustic setting.

Or maybe I just think he's fine as F($&‼️

Honestly, that would be super cheap (bundling). Shes not a struggling former Alister who needs to do that.

Trust act 3 will be presented way more epic that CC simply because its the final act. Shes gonna come in swinging

I was just thinking that if she doesn't want to do another WW tour this soon, she could do her own country festival with a few dates (US only i guess) promoting the album and also have black country upcoming artists (those on the album and more) perform there... idk i just don't see her touring this album but we'll see. If she announces a country themed festival or tour for summer 2025 that means no act III till 2026 so hopefully it's sooner OR it's a tour for both acts.

A nightmare scenario is sharing this moment with some of the country acts featured on the album by allowing them to perform their own thing and thus reducing her personal performance time, and unfortunately it sounds like something she would do

This will be epic, pure reason I hope she performs Jolene is that choir part!

I wonder if after the performance she'll make the CD with the standard cover finally available? Might be a good time to sell some more…

I am VERY MUCH HERE for a Bootsy Collins collab :jonny5:

I mean it's a stadium. In a stadium, Bey can only go big.

Basic? With Beyonce's dramatic ass? Absolutely not lmfao.

This is about the Superbowl #2

Spoiler

Really Superbowl #1 because I'm sure this is gonna get more viewers than Usher's performance. :rip:
