Don't come in here too often but just want to say that Cowboy Carter thoroughly deserved all of her nominations. American Requiem is her best album opener and Ya Ya, Tyrant, Bodyguard , Levi Jean's and II Most Wanted are amazing. Let's hope she wins a good amount.

she was fresh off the operating table and knee () deep in touring rehearsals last year

 

now that she's back on her good knee i don't think a grammy performance for the most nominated album ever is too crazy to imagine

He's also flat out wrong. She didn't submit to any of those categories and not every AOTY has won or been nominated in Engineering or POTY. She also does have a nomination in a songwriting category (literally Song of the Year and Best Country Song).

She didnt submit to Engineered Album and she wouldn't have worked with any of the usual nominees for S/Poty aside from The Dream who probably wouldn't have been nominated anyway given his current circumstances. I doubt that's important though considering Dream and another Renaissance contributor was nominated in SoOTY and it still lost everything major.
