Okay this is my first time listening to the tracks out of sequence on a playlist I made and Ya Ya does abruptly end going into any other song except Oh Louisiana. It's jarring. No matter what I put after it

I don't like where spaghetti is placed on this album... I need to move it or something

I think both albums embody equal levels of quality and are different sides of the same coin.

CC - Theatrical, Cinematic, Live Instruments, Supporting Vocals other from Bey.

 

This album reminds of the colour BROWN, strong present and more earthy.

 

 

REN - uptempo, carefree, experimental, blend of sounds and genres

 

This album reminds me of the colour BLACK, strong, daring and ominous. 
 

We can't say Renni is less lyrical when it was never meant to be a "serious" album. CC is a statement, like Lemonade it has to have stronger lyrics than Ren by default.

I don't mind it. That's what I love about Bey's albums since BEYONCÉ, the track listing has been set up so well for someone like me who typically listens to a variety of genres, decades, and singing styles and needs a variety or "playlist”-type tracklist in order to stay interested.
