I have more thoughts to share 

 

-I could easily see this being a massive hit. It’s so inoffensive and easy going, the type of music that seems to do well on radio 

 

-It could have massive appeal, by hitting the black and white demographic which I feel has been missing from her music for awhile 

 

-I’m curious to hear where you’d want her to perform first. The Grammys? CMAs? Sphere?

 

-Im VERY curious how she’ll perform this live. Will it be over the top a la Daddy Lessons? Or stripped back and soulful like Sandcastles? 
 

-How will this affect her legacy? Will this end up being one of her biggest eras? Or a tumble after the last 3 home runs?

She should just submit to AOTY so the only votes for her are there. If she’s nominated elsewhere people will vote there and say that’s enough.

If she isn't safe none of this stuff can happen so I certainly think Julius is making a fortune and probably 7 figures. She quite literally trusts him with her life. I think he has a daughter as well and it's such a demanding job he really can't have much of a life of his own so it's a big personal sacrifice.

I believe she'll get enough nominations, including the big three. She will probably lose them all + any country noms, if she gets any. However, she could be nominated in Best Music Film for the Renaissance film or Best Music Video for TEXAS HOLD EM (if she releases it), Best Song Written for Visual Media and Best Melodic Rap Performance (I think?) for MY HOUSE and up to three R&B categories, cause she'll have some R&B/funk songs on act ii, just like she had with RENAISSANCE. So she could be taking home some GRAMMYs. It doesn't matter much at this point, but I hope she gets at least one. GRAMMYs will want her to have as much noms as possible, so they don't end up looking racist

I was trying to think of other “Western” words that could fit as an album title but nothing. 
 

I love that she’s had 3 syllable album titles ending with an E, hopefully she can continue it, her album titles have definitely gotten much better.

act ii is not called Enlightenment  I've been team RODEO for the last two years but I feel she would've announced it right away with the teaser video if that were it. So we might be in for something fully unexpected. Something like REDLINE...

 

My guesses for this rollout:

- SNL debut in the next 3 weeks

- title reveal along with album cover Feb 29/Mar 1

- video (i know ) for TEXAS sometime this month

- free live performance of the leads in NYC

Crossing my fingers for the album pre-order being available this Friday.

that is all true, but security personnel typically don't get paid enough for the work they do. the info out there varies a ton, but I can't imagine Julius has been making 7 figures for long.

 

based on a quick google search, his net worth is estimated around $3 million... which is crumbs compared to Yvette's $200m+

She really just got lucky with Daddy Lessons cause these are faaaarrrrr from that  DL had great melody, great arrangement, great live instrumentation for the production, everything these don’t have. 
 

I understand that Country music is Black origin but it’s really clear she thinks she is gonna really pull this off just because she is from Texas and all that and that’s why she’s going balls to the wall full on Country and it just ain’t it.
