How can you record a concert film during a pandemic? be serious right now. Even if the film ends up really being called Act II. I dont believe for one second it was the intention all along. It would only means Beyoncé changed her mind AGAIN and decided to scrap both albums for now and probably to release them later on. She will milk this era more because why not? there is much money to make from it.

Multiple producers said it, Bey talked about an abundance of music and said all three acts were recorded during the pandemic, Vogue teased some country tracks, and if act ii had been the tour she would've plastered that everywhere. + it's always been Act I: Renaissance, not Renaissance: Act I.

they probably don't know sh** but made an educated guess and i mean it seems likely that that's what's going to happen but since they don't know the details or whether it will be the tour film (we've heard conflicted information on the content of the film) they put possibly in it so if it doesn't end up being true they can't be blamed 

I think the only possible explanation is that in the movie she will tease the next project and so this counts as the beginning of the ACT II era. Multiple producers said ACT II was coming and it was good, in the booklet she says "this three parts project was recorded over three years during the pandemic". It just wouldn't make sense  if ACT II is just be the tour film

most of the documentary could be about the creation process of the album and the creative process behind it with the new tour footage spiced inbetween bc we all know it would create hype since the tour had great viral moments and the stans love it

So my guess to what she meant in the booklet (idk just walk with me y’all): the music was recorded (act I), doc footage recorded for this film (act ii), visuals recorded (act iii). 

Then act III is what? the visuals? LMAO! Then she is done with us all and goes hiding into her home for another year.  I mean why not? the era would have been worth a Billion by then. I refuse to believe this because this would  truly be manipulative AF.
