no lol. that woman has phenomenal style on her own. a stylist just picks the garments, she is a muse and brings the looks to life. 

Beyonce doesn't care about fashion in the same way. she's more protected and prefers to be looked at for her artistry and vocal talent instead of her fashions. not that the former is wrong in any sense. two different women, with different avenues that lead to two different executions.

For sure, Beyoncé has never been about "daring" fashion but asking her to push the envelope was not what I was saying. I just think that look is a bit safe for a red carpet. I think it's something about the skirt, perhaps, I don't know exactly but comparing it to her actual red carpet looks, it feels more mature and unremarkable.

I totally understand what you're saying. I do think Black Is King's press run was different  for some reason. everything worked and she looked her best in a very long time. but I can most definitely see what you're saying.

Beyonce has more iconic looks than ANY popstar with her only completion being Madonna, Britney Spears & Michael Jackson.

 

Some Stars like Rihanna win in "everyday" or "red carpet" looks - but put Beyonce music video or concert looks amongst her peers - and no one comes close.
