I've heard people who went to the show say that the speakers are overwhelmingly loud. I guess that's why it sounds so good on some devices and so dampened on others. I'm so excited for a professional recording whenever it comes (I choose to believe!!!) The experience in person must be next level, especially with the trippy holographics

 

Also saw an interesting tweet about scarring on her knee that indicates she had arthroscopic surgery

diamonds between my thigh gap

 

Tonights show is in daylight for a bit so it will be good to see how that looks.

It was a poster that was put up, stating that everyone was essentially allowing themselves to be recorded by being in/around the stadium today. All footage/photography was owned by Parkwood Entertainment. I'm not sure why he deleted the post though.

listening to 4 for the first time (in full, I heard the singles and Countdown, that I love so much). Schoolin Life is such a BOP omg, I should've listened to the album before! I'm at Dance For You and the only song I don't love as of now is I Miss You. I liked Lemonade and I only listened to Renaissance once, when it leaked, and I did not like it that much (besides Cuff It and Pure / Honey), but I will give it another chance soon. 

 

Do you have any album recommandations? Right now I feel like 4 is her best, then Lemonade, then Renaissance, but I haven't heard the other albums. I feel like I might like self-titled?

Europe has done better than the US.  She definitely could've done 30 dates in Europe.

I'm not surprised though, it seems like her own country hate her more than say like Europe/Brazil & Australia. Hell she is well like in like the Philippines.

I wouldn’t be surprised if one act is political and another is personal. Literally almost every single song on Renny is about dancing, being that *****, empowerment, clubbing, fashion, etc — yes, it’s indirectly political in the sense that it highlights and celebrates LGBTQ+ and black people, but that’s easy to miss. It’s mainly about being a bad *****. I’m sure in the midst of a global pandemic and a new black rights movement she cooked up deeper more meaningful material. She’s a very political person.

 

Which, on the one hand, I’m excited about… but on the other hand, I kind of want a Renaissance 2.0  I’m living for Clubyonce.
