Yeah I think the universal acclaim of Renaissance always bothered people. They want someone to be the contrarian to validate their minority dissent for the album . Something extremely cringe is that some people on this forum and outside of it want to push this narrative that we are forcing ourselves to like Renaissance. It’s pure gaslighting and it’s soooo weird. I’ve listened to the album almost every ******* day since it came out. I absolutely adore it and no one had to convince or force me to like it tf…..
