That is exactly what I have been dreading, the GP’s attention span has been greatly reduced to that of a fruit fly

The creation of a Tik Tok account makes me hopeful that she’ll at least attempt  to promote the album. (Realistically it’s probably only for IVP)

It’s also a full moon in Capricorn which is represented by the Devil card in the tarot (the moon is exalted here) which can either cause people to indulge in escapism/their own vices more than usual OR inspire people to step back and plant new seeds.

I hate the thought of the album just sitting on a hard drive somewhere waiting for release. Bey will probably wake up one day and think "It's time" and the album will be out

It's too late for a tour. Everywhere it's already booked for 2023 right now. During the pandemic many artists had to postpone so right now the touring venues are already overbooked. She would have to reserve her spot like at least 6 months to a year prior and because of leaks we would already know about it if she  was planning to tour soon. if she releases new music, she aint touring until late 2023.

It’s not too late for 2023. She most likely has it booked.

It’s too late for her to do a tour this summer. It would have to be a fall tour…meaning arenas and I don’t see that. 
 

And I don’t see her releasing an album now and waiting a whole year to tour so this is all confusing.
