She ALWAYS does this. She said there would be a quick follow up to Goodbye Lullaby because she had so much new material since finishing that album and it coming out. It took over 2 years to get self titled and then she said the same thing about it being followed up quickly due to having enough material and then she got sick but that album wasn't gonna come quick. She did **** up by not putting at least one new banger on the GH album and replacing those LS flops w Hot and WYWH. Hopefully she finishes up the album after this tour but I doubt we'll get anything until next year.
