It’s super easy for these really big streaming songs to get diamond plaques, it was much harder to do this much back when you had to actually sell copies.

Personally wanted Rihanna "Diamonds", "Super Bass", and Beyoncé "Halo" to all be certified diamond simultaneously so they would together hold the distinction as being the first black female acts to receive diamond plaques for solo songs.... but 2/3 are playing with their fans right now and not releasing music they're obviously sitting on.
