Not sure about Ashanti, but Drivers License is Olivia's first official single. The other songs are listed as promotional tracks on her wiki.

Yeah, it's messy and was posted to make people believe she's the one with the debut single that stayed the longest at #1.

Foolish is Ashanti's first solo single. She had another #1 before that but it was not her song, she was a feature.
