  1. It really depends. Duolingo is trash, and apps similiar to it. There are some cool Ai apps for conversation, if you don't have a partner. Other than that best way is immersion. In everyday life. Try thinking in that language. I do it, or for example when I read smtn in my language I try to translate it to the one I'm learning. Music, movies, TV also can do wonders.

  4. 80 kg a year and a half ago i lost around 10kg cause of gastric issues, after i recovered i gained those 10kg back, mostly muscles thankfully
