  1. Judging by the fact that local market is the biggest streaming market, it does make sense
  2. Does he? I'm sure label knows more than us. Finneas is different type of artist, he is not mainstream and he doesn't have success in streaming or radios, it is more likely that he will have small but loyal buying fanbase than Lil Nas X whose whole career so far has been a gimmick.
  3. Ariana has a fanbase that will buy physical just for the sake of owning it. Lil Nas X is not established yet. I am sure label thought it would be a waste of money for a reason.
  4. He is streaming artist. Who's gonna buy his album in physical form outside of very few stans? You need to understand that label understamds that for artists like Doja and him physical copies are useless.
  5. It makes no sense for label not to do anything when song can get to 500k streams per day on its own... at least try something
  6. Not my country being loyal to this bop and playing it on radios since its release other countries should follow serbia's footsteps
  7. Yes, it's her only album that actually sold outside US and Japan.
  8. Why aren't they doing anything, send it to radios, add it to few playlists, who knows, anything is better than nothing
  9. I have yet to see any kind of impact or noise that his music makes outside of streaming services. He's basically hiphop Gareth Books. I honestly can't name 2 songs by him. Some people here need to understand that streaming era and artist slaying on streaming services only apply to ONE single demographic group, so it's not the same as being successful in singles, albums, radios and tours back in the day. Streaming is not indicator of anything anymore. Easily corrupt. Most people use it for background.
  10. It literally makes no sense not to count a sale of the album, no matter in which format.
  11. Oh look another cheap cash in remix made for charts is #1. How shocking. And billboard is still not changing rules. I guess cheques from ariana's manager are that big!
  12. Umm I'm not sure you even get vinyls. Just because they became cash grab for labels last few years and stans started buying them for shelves doesn't mean that music is made for it.
  13. I won't be listening to it on vinyl so I won't
  14. I'm sorry buy why would anyone want to listen to that music, that genre on vinyl. It's not music made for that experience. Oh the blind stans... I miss music scene before stans were a thing.
  15. Madonna's Sorry, Give It 2 Me sold over 500k for Gold certification and BIM crossed 500k few years ago, but ofc she is not certified. 4 Minutes also sold over 3m in pure sales and is eligible for 4xP thanks so streaming, Hung Up is eligible too for multiplatinum since its pure sales are at 2m.
