There's...nothing to check, what I said is true.  Billboard even changed their pricing policy in late in 2011 so albums priced below $3.49 during their first four weeks wouldn't count for the BB200, meaning even if she did discount her subsequent albums to $0.99 the first week as you incorrectly claim, those sales wouldn't be counted towards it's first week total on Billboard. Stop parading around lies just so you can drag someone you don't like.

The next few weeks will be more important in the grand scheme. Longevity has always  been her problem spot. 

I feel like these #s are gonna go down due to what's going on now but anything ove4 200k is good.

I feel like the sales are gonna dip a lil because of the riots going on in the US. A lot of people are more focused on the riots, understandably so.

These are great ****ing numbers. Good for her.

This isn’t gonna do this  most major cities have their targets, Walmart’s, etc closed. Most people are either out protesting, staying in due to covid, or staying in cause of curfew. She isn’t doing any promo or even mentions of the album, etc. 

 

 

Yeah, as others have said this will not reach these numbers considering the US is nearly going through a revolution and Spotify is even having a "day of silence" tomorrow  still nice to know these are the numbers she would've done were the odds in her favor.

Exactly, and that applies to her singles too. The bigger the debut, the bigger the drop.

Anything over 200k will be good, considering it would be better than Joanne and similar to ARTPOP. 

All I need is for the debut to be higher than ARTPOP's 

It’s not doing these numbers  , but hopefully it will debut with numbers higher than Artpop/ASIB. It’s what this masterpiece deserves.

Clearly you're wrong because Gaga is graceful enough to be silent on chromatica promo on its first week of release due to the situation. The other tactics you listed I think most current artists are using to boost sales numbers because the public just isn't buying CDs like that anymore.

Yes she can discount her albums. Businesses adjust pricing for products to maximize sales - why can't Gaga? Ultimately she's making the decision to get less $ per unit by discounting so why do you care?
