Promotion does not always work. There have been countless examples for that, just look at On My Mind by Ellie.

no, she isn't "roughly" keeping up with the young pop princesses & pop-juggernaut Taylor. Taylor's counter number was around 10.7M if I'm not mistaken, her official number is 8m. Gaga's official number is going to be around 4-4.5m, which is roughly half of what Taylor/Ariana/Billie did
