Nothing Breaks Like a Heart is her 3rd diamond single in Brazil. She's only behind Ariana among the diamond-certified international girls. 

 

The way all her certifications from 2013 and after are constantly updated by Sony Music Brazil but all of her material before that expect Can't Be Tamed and Meet Miley Cyrus are literally uncertified because Universal Music Brazil is the worst.

I sent them several e-mails and only got ONE response in APRIL saying that the responsible department had been informed of my request but there was no update at all. Sony Music responded in two days and within a week they had new certifications in Pro-Música.

Pretty much everyone under Universal Music is very undercertified here, they're very lazy so it's no surprise.
