didn't she have the best selling album in Vietnamese music history? That one should be the benchmark for Diamond certification 

I thought Argentina had a certification system  at least artists brag about having gold albums all the time

Most artists here just put out singles
We never hear them putting out albums..I've seen albums from much smaller artists but it's not often to see someone big promote theirs..
(like...the most ppl putting out albums here are rappers or bands..or male singers)

Why did Ireland just stop certifying? I wish they'd at least report and maybe certify with the UK in the way movie grosses for UK and Ireland are combined.

They really have no excuse to ditch certs though, they should do like Austria/New Zealand and keep 7.5k/15k for albums and increase singles to 15k/30k. Like... it's Ireland. The only Western European country that doesn't certify (even Finland's certs are coming back next year)

I know the UK charts company controls the Irish Charts now so unless something happened during that take over that made them re-evaluate. 
 

Ireland even self-reports Box Office gross just to differentiate from the UK despite us officially reporting as one unit (along with Malta though they’re negligible).

Well, actually the IRMA website publishes the chart a few hours before OCC - but the chart rules are the same disgraceful ones as the UK chart's.

Singapore also hinted at intentions to expand the charts (currently they only have a streaming top 30) and possibly re-introduce certifications
