you power! :clap3:Please do same in my country (Russia)

I've contacted InterMedia! Spotify is coming in the foreseeable future in Russia (although they keep pushing it back - it was originally planned for the "end of summer 2019"), so they should definitely do something.

Also what is this? http://tr.mu-yap.org/features/yapim-ve-yapitlar-arsivi/

"1986 – 2019 Yılı arasında çıkan albümlerde yer alan şarkıların listesini download etmek için tıklayınız."

Many! Taiwan, Hong Kong, Greece, Malaysia and Singapore used to have charts and certification. But the music industry plummeted so much, the certification and music charts no longer exist.

Countries like Turkey, Russia, Egypt, India never had any music charts or certifications.

I don't know what happened to the website but there used to be a section where you could see the certifications and the criteria.

Here's how the section looked like:

I found in a forum some certifications of some popgirls in case anyone wants to know:

The only certification that I found is Artpop - Gold (20k copies).

It sold more than 20k in the first 2 weeks:

I got so excited when Billboard Philippines was launched wayback 2016, but they discontinued it after 1 year due to lack of profit (?). It sucks because streaming is really a huge thing right now in the Philippines. PARI still gives certifications left and right but they stopped updating their list of certifications awarded in their website.

Their bad at handling the license of BB to be honest hence no profit nor following.

What industries like PARI don't understand is that publishing charts and officializing certifications on their website will only attract foreign artists, labels and investors. Major music consuming countries like the Philippines, Argentina and Chile honestly have NO excuse, especially when we have small countries like Hungary out there handing out certifications (2,000 units for Gold), with a beautiful website for their charts and archives.

PARI sucks too it's like they don't care.

I was also wondering about Turkey (because i'm from there) and i can say, try to connect with "Samsun Demir". He is the owner of DMC the label (the biggest turkish acts like Sezen Aksu etc. are on there) and he owns the music industry. He is also a very sweet person. When i had twitter he was following me and most artists who works with him love him. Please let me know about it too :duca:

@KillingYourCareer did you contact Prophon? even though it’s not mentioned anywhere, i feel like the bulgarian singles’ chart is airplay-based

Bulgaria has replied!

Unfortunately we do not have neither official chart, nor the administrative capacity to support such. We certify Gold and Platinum album sales for albums sold on the territory of Bulgaria respectively with sales of 1000 and 2000 copies.

I asked if there's an archive for those certs, even though there definitely isn't one. If I lived in Bulgaria I'd do the work for them for two coins really :dies:

a bunch of liars, they don’t do any of that

I followed the Russian charts from top40-charts, they have amazing taste. They need to make it official

In Brazil we have a monthly streaming only chart :toofunny3:

did you try contacting Pró-Música @KillingYourCareer??

I couldn't find a certification methodology on the website, but I was told all streams are counted (including YouTube) and the unit ratio is 500:1. Those levels are ridiculous. I'd bring the ratio to 100:1 for Premium streams and 500:1 for free ones (like Mexico), without YouTube, and bring the thresholds to 50k for Gold and 100k for Platinum (singles) and 25k for Gold and 50k for Platinum (albums). Diamond is either 5x or 10x Platinum. That method makes NO sense, especially for a major industry like Brazil :dies: but the priority now is making them create a chart.
