As of the most recent play count update from a couple hours ago via the desktop app:

 

1989 - 999,948,396 streams

 

With the Bad Blood remix it is far above 1 billion, and it has certainly passed 1B with the album tracks alone by now with a few hours of streams. 

 

1989 is Taylor’s second album to achieve this milestone on Spotify, after reputation did so last year.
