Nobody's saying it needs to be Top 10 on Spotify. But the #200 on Spotify barely gets over 200K plays a day. It is ridiculous that a song that's getting 100 million AI can't even get 200K plays on Spotify. Streaming audience and radio audience are different, yes, but they're not so completely separate that this kind of massive disparity should be normal. Especially for a pop song - if this were a country song or predominantly a Hot AC song, this gap would be understandable, but it's unjustifiable for a song that's getting a majority of its audience from Pop.

There have always been outliers, even when iTunes was the dominant force. “Let Me Love You” by Ne-Yo from 2012 comes to mind. The people enjoying the song just aren’t on Spotify or Apple Music. That’s... really all there is to it.

Exactly, and the song has been high on iTunes since release (that also proves your point about their audience) plus it’s not getting pushed on any Spotify playlists. It’s not like they’re not popular at all in real life (when they’re are on their tour grossing 75M in just 40 dates so far)
 

Also it’s not so strange to see their second single getting great radio support, considering Sucker was a monster and also had incredible Callouts. It makes perfect sense to see their follow up doing great

Wasn't Cool the follow up of Sucker anyway? and that was another radio fueled hit (it went top10 on pop radio but did awful on streaming)
