Not Chris Brown almost going top 10 on pop :biblio:

C'mon miss Yoncé, hold on long enough to block his ass. Meanwhile, let's hope Gaga manages to overtake him somehow.

Also happy to see the Lizzo payola is sputtering. Here's to hoping for negative updates soon.

Morgan Wallen - "Last Night" 7.46 (+3.62) **

The added format was country, right? Anyways, this is another L for the anti-Morgan people. Last Night is #1 on AM, over 3.1M streams on US Spotify, and now this radio update. I wonder how much longer they can ignore the reality that Last Night is going #1 on the Hot 100.

Is anyone even doing this though? :deadbanana: I just see people annoyed/disappointed that he's doing so well given his past controversies, not actively denying that he's doing well. I think you're making up a nonexistent group of people to respond to :skull:

No one is ignoring that reality. But radio is too low for now for it to go #1. And streams might collapse after the album boost before radio is high enough for it to go #1

Yeah, let's say timing is... off. :dies: It's only getting around 0.1M airplay from Urban stations, however, airplay on Rhythmic is healthy, around 2M coming from there.

Yep, which is surprising considering his next country single "One Thing at a Time" is gaining a lot right now. They have yet sent LN to adds on any format.

And Cuff It begins its descent, as expected. It had a great run.

Loving this Unholy freefall :clap3:

Stay strong Ms. Mary :'(

The situation for Sure Thing on urban radio reminds me of DFY on Canada CHR. They were hesitant to give it a second run because they were already hits there.

As for LN, I think it was a mistake by Morgan’s team not to send it to adds to both pop and country already. But in the end, it’s probably not going to matter. (I just keep coming back to the fact that FAA had less radio than LN, and still challenged positions for the #1.)

This and basically all the 11-20 songs are gonna struggle now because Pop radio has decided to go with other songs to play (Boy's a Liar, Sure Thing, Players are all coming hard). Basically they're deciding which songs to push to the top next and the 10-20 songs sans players are all gonna be passed over mostly likely.

Recognizabilty with the pop audience + improving callouts. It's pure pop radio filler, it's definitely not going past #10, so not sure how it can be payola. Interscope never payolas lol.
