Well, the weather will be MUCH colder in NYC tonight than it was NYE 2016-7. That will make a difference in how the artists perform between this year and last year.  I really hope Carey can redeem herself, as I know she has the ability to do so.

Did 2016's smashes rebound up on the ITunes chart as much as 2017's? I remember there being a bounce, but nothing this big. And Closer also got a bounce, having its chart run split b/t 16 & 17.
