I personally am a huge fan of early 00s R&B music. I revist it the most for sure. Mid to late 00s was fine but not my favorite

Omg I remember hearing Zebras and Airplanes back when it leaked and couldn't figure out why it was never included on EOF. It would have easily been one of the best songs on an already underrated project from her.

Thanks for posting this. A lot of these make sense. Had no clue about Dangerous Woman or Work from the Here era. Such a messy album rollout/era overall. In Common is one of her best songs and didn't even make the US version of the album.

I was just listening to Loose yesterday. Still a great album, with many memorible hits. Im going with that one across the board

ST is my favorite Beyoncé album but Lemonade had the better singles imo, so split.

I stopped counting calories but I can also eyeball my food and know how many calories is in it and mental note it. It also depends on my activity level for the day. I'd say between 2000-2300 as a guess. More if im bulking.

Ah yes definitely a gem of hers. As far as No One Im pretty sure Alicia mentioned in past interviews that It was actually the very last song she recorded for the album.

Ugh I wore this song OUTTT, i just listened the other day. I kept thinking it would stick but never did. I think the GP had moved on. As far as No One, it was massive. It seems to get mixed reviews amoung fans but was still huge. As far as TEOF I think they chose doesn't mean anything (which i dont get) as the lead because it had some similarities to No One if that makes sense. Unthinkable essentially made the album somewhat a success tho still underwhelming for her at the time. I still like that album overall.

I loved this album/song/era. Music videos were on point as well.
