Disagree. She's becoming the ultimate version of herself by leaning into everything she's been pushing forward the last decade. This is the culmination and the synthesis of everything. The last six months proves she can still act, drop her best Jazz album yet, AND make TFM-era bangers all at the same time. Literally juggling three different mediascapes day-to-day-to-day all through 2024. (Their faves could never.) I see bits of Artpop and Joanne in Mayhem and expect a little more on the full album, too. Ultimate Gaga is here.

And if the guy wanted to back out, even if it's a "done deal," why not let him back out? The dude's 85 and there's lots of houses out there. It's more difficult and expensive to launch a lawsuit than find another purchasable house, but she did the lawsuit route anyways... Katy wanted this one specific house for whatever reason and it didn't matter what it took to get it. She wanted it and that's that.
