Tina had a lot of energy but never did intricate choreography. and Cher hasn't moved from the neck down without assistance since the 80s. Janet and Jlo are the only other female performers who did the most in their 20s, 30s, 40s and kept the same energy in their 50s, and neither of them were doing it on the scale and frequency of Madonna throughout those decades.

Very much so. Streaming in 2020s is essentially like CD plays in the 80s/90s/00s. If charts were based on CD plays then every legend would have wildly different stats and charts would've been as meaningless as they are today.

Taylor would be in her GHV2 era currently, and has already released 2 albums (3 with Encore) that could be considered American Life sized flops (relative to her usual success). Her last worldwide #1 smash hit was Anti-Hero (16 years in) vs Madonna's Music (18 years in). To match the success of Hung Up, Taylor would need a worldwide #1 smash hit in 2029. Even 4 Minutes is a feat 26 years into Madonna's career so Taylor will also need the same success in 2032. Eras Tour would be her Drowned World Tour so her next 3 tours will have to outdo the last one to match Madonna's Re-Invention-Confessions-S&S run, rather than peaking early. Basically she isn't close and it will take a long time to find out.

As far as I'm aware Roisin was cancelled just by her comments on puberty blockers. I haven't kept up with what she has said since. Gender nonconforming children (effeminate boys, masculine girls) are disproportionately "ideal candidates" for puberty blockers. Children who are gender nonconforming are roughly 20 times more likely to grow up to be homosexual. A 1998 case study following 111 children given puberty blockers at age 13. Of the 70 patients who became 'ready' to take cross-sex hormones, 69 were homosexual or bisexual and only 1 patient was heterosexual. Scientists followed 139 gender dysphoric boys from 1989-2002 and found that 88% of boys outgrow gender dysphoria by age 20 when left alone. Of those boys, 63.6% turned out to be same-sex attracted. 80-90% of Tavistock patients were same sex attracted. Studies show children who grow up to be LGB were 98% more likely to follow onto cross sex hormones after being given puberty blockers. The sequence of puberty blockers > cross sex hormones results in sterility 100% of the time, as well as underdeveloped genitals and sexual function. Essentially homosexual people are disproportionately "eligible" for a process that results in sterility, genital disfigurement and absence/loss of sexual function. If it was a different group pushing this (say, conservatives) it would be considered a homosexual genocide and every commenter in this thread would be taking the exact opposite stance. Homophobic belief systems/practices will always be on the wrong side of history.

Because Madonna has a passion for (and authentic connection to) house music whereas the other song is a caricature created for the sole purpose of pandering to a cynical (homophobic) idea of what house music is. Really it's an insult to LMs music taste, and the fact they're defending the song with their lives makes it all the more embarrassing and sad.
