So I watched this (pretty bad but at least they let him talk) interview with Hasan and it struck me (maybe captain obvious) how there is always talk of leftists and left populism alienating voters, how do we talk to EVERY voter without alienating people, which is just utter bs when republicans alienate a lot of people by being racist ghouls, you never hear anyone talking about how republicans need to moderate or how they are alienating people. Little rant about hasan „endorsements": i understand he's campaigning with candidates sometimes being at their event and getting audience to phonebank etc but for the most part he's just interviewing candidates like Aisha. The politicians reach out to him and he gives them a platform. He's not in office, he's not running for office. This isn't like AOC who is like selective and trying to only endorse winners, he's trying to amplify left candidates, sometimes that's a winner and sometimes it's not. Playing into this mainstream media narrative that he's some kingmaker is kinda cynical
