For some reason, I didn't even realize this until now...the 16-track cd doesn't come in a normal cd jewel case, but the 12-track cd does?! Dear God, please let this album be amazing because this other stuff is bumming me out.

Same here. Revelations on a Dance Floor would have been great. Confessions II is short and simple, but there's no Confessions I album. I don't know, it just bugs me lol. It reminds me of when she titled GHV2. There's no GHV1, so that title made no sense. As far as the artwork....I'm not a fan at all. I know the music is what really matters so I guess I'll just have to deal with it.

Ya, I would say it probably went up until around '95. I'm sure a lot had moved on by then, but there were still plenty of guys who still had her on their list. They saw that Take A Bow video lol.

Exactly, and the album included 2 brand new songs (Justify My Love, Rescue Me) and 2 songs that previously weren't included on studio albums (Crazy For You, Into The Groove). Not to mention the very different remixes of Express Yourself & Like A Prayer. It wasn't just released as attempt to bait fans into buying another album.

Love them all, but my personal ranking would be: 1. La Isla Bonita 2. Take A Bow 3. Like A Prayer 4. Vogue 5. Hung Up

Nothing Fails I know the fans love it, but it deserved so much more.
