i tried watching their content awhile ago because they kept being placed into my algorithm and i felt like i could never get through a single one of their videos because they're always extremely boring and it's usually the same premise of them using the typical annoying queer baiting (i hate this word but…) tactics that i keep seeing straight men use on social media. i recently saw them getting dragged on twitter for their antics + one of their guests they interviewed recently got arrested for abuse so they're back in my algorithm again and their content looks even worse and more forced than before

what are your thoughts on these self proclaimed "straight dl trade" and why do gay men keep giving these men like these attention

The podcast is the most important thing you guys are doing, just keep on inviting new interesting guests and do what you do. So far it's working great, the blue page is distant second to the pod.

i did too for research proposes and the content isn't even remotely good enough to justify any of this

The whole fantasy of being "chosen" by someone despite them having different preferences and the entire thrill of them doing/acting "wrong". Some people just have a weird love for this type of influencers because the whole thing about them being straight but actually not but actually yes makes them more interesting and special than an actual gay person. It's sad cuz these people are seeking some sort of weird approval from them because for some it's the only chance to get it from this specific demographic which they might have never gotten before. It could also be some weird kink for some.
