there's like 1 min snippets out there of each song and I have to say

Switchblade and SHAKIN' are so title-worthy, I kinda wish either of them would've been saved for the inevitable korean mini in Q4 because both deserve a music video so bad, Switchblade sounds like the true follow up to Whiplash

I wasn't expecting the tiktok preview of LEMONADE to be the chorus, but I'm sure the video will elevate the song. I love the pre-chorus(?) the most

Camouflage sounds like something that could`ve been released on Number 1 Angel, I love it

Bite and Can't Help Myself are very decent songs, specially Bite reminds me of their old style

Roll isn't even that bad, My Plan was a lot more predictable and boring but both are def the weakest

I love their anthemic pop-rock songs like Just Another Girl or Live My Life, so I have a soft spot for Till We Die

overall a very strong album and their strongest release since the Savage mini (and even if you take the best 6 songs on this, it surpasses Savage for me)

Respectfully Whole Different Animal shouldn't have been released as a single. Switchblade and Camouflage honestly have the potential to go viral and become hits. I say don't move onto from this era to quick and make Switchblade a single. Let their work from home happen!

there's a japanese mini confirmed for this summer and the tour starts in august so we'll probably get new solos

but the first leg of the tour ends in mid-october and then they have the rest of the year off. i can see them following a 2024-like schedule and dropping another mini in november

especially for switchblade. I need them to perform on an American Music Award Show asap. They need to start establishing their presence in the US like if the MET is any indication SM wants them to be the next BLACKPINK and these girls deserve it for actually so consistently hard.
