So I have notifications. But I'm unable to view them. Everytime I move my cursor over to the notification bell and click on it, nothing would happen. Is anybody else having this issue?

Probably a JS error. I can't replicate. You may want to clear your cache.

i reduced the file size, the frames count, resize it but nothing works

And when it pops up saying to crop it, just click the X at the top and refresh. It should upload
