She's living her best life with her partner and child and exudes work life balance, pressing an album every 5 years, doing a concert show once in a blue moon

You can tell she just does it for the music so no if anything, she probably feels proud of Taylor for surpassing it

Adele is never seeing 1M+ sales again let alone 3.5M+ so even if she did it doesn't matter.

  • no she doesn't. she's not chart obsessed like some other label products out there. she had actual gp love, that's all that matters anyway!

    ur weird btw

Like many of us, she's probably surprised someone could take the record in 2025. And I don't see her being mad or sad about it, it was 10 years ago. She wouldn't have the audacity to be mad, especially when she takes half a decade to release a new album. :rip:

Also, it's not like artists live in a bubble, they also have access to the internet and we all saw Taylor beat numerous records over the last 5 years.

lol hell naw. Adele is somewhere, taking a break up under Rich Paul.

No, she has class and she's a grown woman, not some spoiled amateur, but for sure if it was the vers versa the other one would care.

I dont think it keeps her up at night but she probably thought that record would be hers to keep.

Nah, Adele never wanted that kind of fame in the first place anyways which is funny

Adele doesn't care about sales, she withheld 25 from streaming services for the artistry

adele doesn't care but her label prob will try to have a better strategy and plan for her next album. we are tired of her medieval promotional tactics for last 2 eras. GET THOSE STREAMING RECORDS MS ADKINS

She probably cares as much as Taylor does about improving her degrading songwriting and below par vocals and dancing abilities

Despite the facade, ADELE is chart obsessed nearly to the same degree as Taylor so I know she's devastated!

But... how? She barely releases videos during her eras, doesn't do remixes, collabs, or droplets, doesn't want to tour... An album once in 5ish years...

Since 30 was released, Taylor released more albums than Adele has overall in her discography.

Before Adele, this record was held by Utada Hikaru with Distance for 14 years and the real tragedy is that it hasn't been hers for a while. :gaycat6:

Those are all gimmicks to make you think she doesn't care! trust me, she does.
