    Yes, one. Cosmetic. It completely turned my life around. Confidence, dating and sex life, everything. Only regret is not doing it sooner.

    No, I was going to get a nose job (despite my nose being fine) and ended up not after my sisters husband did and he was in horrible pain for DAYS :rip: It was literally a nightmare. Nope. I'll keep the one I got.
