Ah you meant it as most well-known neighborhood; I can see that. I thought you meant "iconic" as in most "cool" or "amazing" lol. If it's that then, yeah, we could say it's very well-known but I feel it depends on who you're talking to. For outsiders then yes, La Perla it's our most known neighborhood.

As a Puerto rican myself let me clarify that "La Perla" is not the most "iconic" neighborhood in PR lol. Most people here are scared of going there and it has a very bad reputation among locals, could be compared to the ghetto or the hood in the US. Some here even alert tourists to not go there alone or to go only with the company of a local. There's nothing iconic about it, but it's part of our culture and holds a lot of cultural history to it so yeah. As someone from Puerto Rico, calling him a "perla" makes a lot of sense 'cause it's somewhere you should be very cautious, and most people will be attracted by it from afar but once you go inside you see the truth.

I know this thread is not for me since I'm not single but let me tell y'all something. I'm 30 and I've been in the same relationship since I was 17 and let me tell you, to find someone you're comfortable with, who you can say it's your best friend and it's always there for you, it's rare af. Don't let go of that opportunity because that type of connection is very hard to find. It's not impossible but very rare indeed. Nowadays people don't care about love or commitment at all so if you find it then you're lucky. Of course, don't tolerate infidelity or any type of betrayal but finding someone loyal and devoted to your relationship it's like winning the lottery.

That's also the problem; every artist it's doing this nowadays and it's becoming a problem. I wanted to collect vinyls also, but think about it... the moment we die, where's all those vinyls and cds gonna end up? It's very scary, the way we're contributing to the end of the earth.
