I had her Spotify playlist on shuffle this morning while driving to work and she has so many good songs 

 

She truly has an immaculate discography filled with R&B classics.

she really does, I randomly got into her discography a few years ago and tbh her albums aren't great outside of self-titled but they all have a few bops each

now that I think about it she's really more of a singles artist imo

 

There was a point in time where it was looking like she was gonna get bigger and bigger and it just never happened. Goes to show that no matter how talented and charismatic you are, lack of marketability and the right material at the right time can **** up everything.

The fact she came out SWINGING and scored 5 straight top 3 hits from 2004-2005 and had a debut triple platinum record all at the age of 19-20 

 

 

 

 

Yes, no matter what you think of her later albums Ci always gonna serve a cute bop or three. 

I LOOOOOVE her earlier work...... but in the last few years her songs lately have been hit or miss......probably cuz she does not  have a strong team of producers & writers around her the way she did back then. 

I came here expecting praise to her best song and none of you even shared it

With Ciara, the issues with her label back in 2008/2009 is what did her in. At least she was able to get a hit for every era up to 2019.
