I feel like this album will talk about her eating disorder (she hinted at this in her recent interview + the line "make a meal i wont eat", "every meal a battle") and perhaps her gender identity.

the cover makes a lot of sense, she will be transparent about everything

sameee, i N E E D to know the sound of this album, especially and thankfully if WWT is the tamest of it (LOVED WWT but was hoping her direction for the album was going to be different, tho it was a clever lead single choice)

I love the whole Document Journal editorial! I wish more of our faves went in the more artsy photoshoot/interview style, because it gets tiring seeing the same stuff for Billboard/Elle/Vogue/etc.

I hope she drops a FU, rebellious type album

The cover is already iconic. Pelvis X ray with the zipper is amazing on so many levels, especially coupled with that title. Also maybe a ****** dentata reference/visual metaphor? lol

 

Since she debuted she's been one of the most exciting and original artists in pop and I am glad to have her back in top form.

I'm a radiologist so perfectly placed to answer this!

 

In diagrams the human body looks so tidy and aligned, but in reality every body is different! the uterus can lie in pretty much any position and angle in the pelvis, can be of different sizes, curvatures etc. The same kinda goes for any organ really.
