i think so yeah, unless the video had some sort of huge edge for streams mayhaps. “me!” was very much a statement lead single like she’d been doing for the last few albums, but ultimately only gave her bad press bc of spelling-is-fungate  “cruel summer” the song is amazing but doesn’t inherently have a statement/edge that would draw ppl to it like “taylor goes pop” or “taylor fires back at kimye!”, so it would be on the video to supplement that
