The good thing is that she is a physical artist, so I don't think a leak has a drastic effect sales-wise.

I mean this does cause significant damage towards the streaming count. Can you imagine the amount of missed streams? Kesha's albums mostly get consumed by her fanbase and this leaking is already all over twitter, loads of kesha pages posted about it. If everyone has the files for free now, why bother streaming again 2 whole months later? Like there are basically  60 days left with leaked files. that is not smart.

Again, Kesha is a physical artist. She does not get big streams in the first place.

I love JOYRIDE., instant hit! But both DELUSIONAL. or YIPPEE-KI YAY didn't land for me at the time of their releases.

I appreciate the symbolic nature of her July 4th release date but... this is a Summer album and given what just happened she should just surprise drop it, ride the pride wave, and we can have a PERIOD summer.

The best move right now is to drop Boy Crazy next week (if that wasn't the plan already) to distract from the leaks.
