Boy Crazy really is her best song ever, i can tell it'll slap even harder in HQ. It defs could've used a proper bridge though, it's too short.

I'm genuinely so shocked at how unabashedly pop this album is...this is just proof you don't need certain disgusting producers to make GOOD pop music. She truly has a gift for making pop music. My favorite album of hers in a while.

Freedom, Too Hard & Love Forever is def the trinity

That would sabotage her sales. Releasing digital and vinyl together would combine first week sales numbers. If she didn't care at all about charts and having a decent debut number she's releasing everything together as planned. Regardless of leaks

I'd even say that it's decent promo for her. It gets stans talking about her. I think a majority of her listenership, tbh, is random GP people that don't know about leaks like that.

Red Flag bridge is very Your Love Is My Drug 

KatyPerryFan is the user leaking 'em and they say it has nothing to do with the rats... ok. 

I don't think there's a single chop on the album, they're all AT LEAST 6-7/10s however the album as a whole does feel quite safe and almost watered down in some ways.

 

The One, Too Hard and Love Forever are probably the safest songs on the album, and while they're each still quite good I think she only needed 1-2 of the 3 of them and then replaced them with 1-2 songs that were a bit more out there. 
 

Delusional is still the worst song on the album, and is probably the only straight up chop for me.

Let the Kidz have their fun, they don't have much to look forward to these days (or ever).

 

I hope she releases a deluxe on release week now or reorganizes the tracklist for streaming like how Tate did, whose album leaked and she still did 170k first week btw (obviously I know that is out of reach I'm just citing an example).

I mean on the plus side we're just under 2 months until release so she definitely has time to add some more songs to the digital version for release day.

Katy has been getting lashings for songs that are frankly better than Yippee. 

 

 

I listened to Boy Crazy and Red Flag... the fact that she released Yippie instead of these perfect bops  Boy Crazy is like a career high, on the same level as Joyride.

I love a red flag
 

Red Flag is for those of us who started listening to her during Animal  

I just love how the verses on BOY CRAZY sound like chopped words put together
