Isn't it weird that she hasn't posted about the Jade remix at all?

:suburban:

I'm sure she reads us lol

Just finished another listen of the album and Spotify started playing Learn To Let Go… this expertly produced SMASH whew. Rainbow is really that girl.

As much as a I love Woman, they should have pushed Smash To Let Go back then.

Tbh I agree, I've never really vibed with LTLG and haven't intentionally listened to it in years :rip:.

Boots was right there, oh that legendary song :chick1:

Woman was the right choice, or Hymn with a remix. Realistically nothing else was gonna stick :rip:

If anything was a missed opportunity it was promoting Resentment as a proper single to some extent.

Pitchfork: 5.1... lower than High Road.

Right like it is def not worse than HR :rip: I fear they want some clicks

I like the lyrics but the singing gets a little bit annoying at times tbh

Pitchfork is so off with all their scores for her.

If we accept their 5.9 as benchmark for High Road, then Period should have been at least a 7 and Gag Order at least an 8 (preferably 8.5).

The whole song is just kind of confusing even for Kesha standards and I can not stand that god awful vocal filter or whatever that's called in the production, it makes the song unlistenable for me.

the setlist is literally perfect :deadbanana4: like genuinely can't believe how good it is.

Spoiler

only ones I'm missing are Resentment and Spaceship, those would be so cute

that part.

Boots could've been a cute mini hit tho

Boy Crazy

Red Flag

Too Hard

Joyride

Freedom

Delusional

Glow

Love Forever

Cathedral

The One

Yipee-Ki-Yay

This is probably my ranking of the Standard. Will need a few more listens of the Deluxe, but I will say the Jade collab eats up the original.

The concept of her releasing the worst songs as singles

Loved this album! Didnt expect it to enjoy it this much after my listens of the singles, however they blend in pretty well and will surely grow on me.

Favorites on first listen:

1.  Love Forever

2.  Red Flag

3. Trashman

I don't think she had a choice in the singles her entire time at RCA :rip:

It's too millennial and on-the-nose with the lyrics I fear.. the music video was good though.

erm… what the gleebenflorben

Learn to Let God is a pop SMASH that got away in the vein of any of her best unreleased songs. the chorus is giving Stronger-era Kelly Clarkson levels of anthemic! idk why people don't like it, the message is so refreshing and beautiful too :clap3: one of my fav songs from Kesha's best album
